La entidad financiera opta por vender el 25% de las acciones al empresario Fernando Chico Pardo y lanzar una Oferta P\u00fablica Inicial (OPI) en 2026 como alternativas \u00f3ptimas. \u201cEstamos convencidos de que la transacci\u00f3n del 24 de septiembre y la OPI prevista facilitar\u00e1n la desinversi\u00f3n de Banamex de forma responsable, maximizando el valor para nuestros accionistas\u201d, afirm\u00f3 en un bolet\u00edn oficial.
