Adem\u00e1s, a \u00abEl Licenciado\u00bb se le imputa el delito de cohecho, tras intentar sobornar a elementos de la Guardia Nacional al momento de su detenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El juez impuso prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa a los nueve vinculados y otorg\u00f3 seis meses para la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.
