julio de 2025, los autos que no podr\u00e1n andar por el Hoy No Circula son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con engomado rosa<br>Con terminaci\u00f3n de placas 7 y 8<br>Con holograma 1 y 2<br>Tambi\u00e9n se informa que la restricci\u00f3n vehicular ser\u00e1 efectiva desde las 05:00 hasta las 22:00 horas este martes<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es el objetivo del Hoy No Circula?<br \/>La finalidad del programa es minimizar, prevenir y controlar la emisi\u00f3n de contaminantes que provienen de autom\u00f3viles que circulan en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico independientemente de la terminaci\u00f3n de sus placas y\/o matr\u00edcula.<br \/>\u00bfQu\u00e9 autos est\u00e1n exentos del Hoy No Circula?<br \/>El\u00e9ctricos<br \/>H\u00edbridos<br \/>Con holograma 00 y 0<br
